Welcome to JP Numbers Drill ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

The App does not require you to create an account. All practice data (scores, progress, favorites) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Crash reports: If the App crashes, anonymized crash logs (including device model, OS version, and diagnostic data) may be sent via Firebase Crashlytics to help us diagnose and fix bugs.
• Advertising data: If you view ads, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and other data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy to serve advertisements.

2.3 Advertising Identifiers and Your Consent

With your consent, advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA on iOS, or your Advertising ID on Android) may be used to personalize the ads you see and to measure their performance. Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, this is considered "tracking".

• On iOS, we ask for your permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt before any such identifier is used for tracking.
• In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we gather consent through a Google-certified consent management platform (UMP).
• If you decline, or where consent is not given, you will only be shown non-personalized ads.

You can change your choice at any time in your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the App
• To diagnose and fix technical issues
• To display relevant advertisements
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All your learning progress data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the App, this data will be permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — Advertising: policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat — In-app purchase management: revenuecat.com/privacy
• Flutter TTS — Text-to-speech (processes audio locally, no data sent)

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Since we store no personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled by clearing the App's local data on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
